炆雞義大利麵 Braised Chicken Pasta

Ingredients
1 rooster cut into pieces
2 yellow onions, chopped
2 bayleaves
3 garlic cloves, chopped
2 teaspoons ground allspice or 10 pieces whole allspice
2 cups pearl onions
¼ cup Kalamata Balsamic Vinegar “Kalamata Papadimitriou”
Tomato sauce with olives
2 cups red wine
1/3 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil Tin
salt & pepper
grated melich
red pepper flakes to taste
1 package Hilopites egg pasta “776″

 

Instructions
In large sauce pan or dutch oven, over medium high heat sear rooster pieces in olive oil. Season with salt and pepper, add onions, garlic, bay leaves, all spice, pearl onions, balsamic vinegar and tomato paste. Stir well, add the red wine, stir and cover to cook until the rooster is fork tender.
Cook noodles according to directions.
Drain and add some of the braising liquid from the noodles for flavor.
Stir and transfer to serving platter.
Add rooster and sauce.
Top with a bit more olive oil and grated graviera cheese ,and red pepper flakes if desired.

 

材料:

1公雞切成片

2顆洋蔥,切碎

2 片月桂葉 

3瓣大蒜,切碎

2茶匙五香粉

2杯珍珠洋蔥

四分之一杯卡拉馬塔馬塔巴薩米可醋“Kalamata PAPADIMITRIOU ”

番茄醬&橄欖

2杯紅酒

1/3杯特級初榨橄欖油田

椒鹽

磨碎melich 乳酪

紅辣椒片 

1包Hilopites雞蛋麵

 

步驟:

在大平底鍋,用橄欖油中高熱量煎黃雞肉。

鹽和胡椒調味,加入蔥,蒜,月桂葉 ,所有的香料,珍珠洋蔥,Kalamata巴薩米可香醋和番茄泥。

攪拌均勻,加入紅酒,攪拌,覆蓋煮至雞熟嫩。

根據指示煮麵條。

添加一些雞肉鍋裡醬液到麵條。 攪拌並轉移到服務拼盤上。

加入炆熟雞肉和鍋裡醬液。

再淋上一點橄欖油和磨碎的奶酪,紅辣椒片,如果需要。
