The low-slung building is suffused with light, giving a feeling much like its best wine, the sunny, sleek Savatiano. This is the variety that is often mixed with pine resin to make Retsina. Savatiano grapes produce a juicy, pear-like flavors. Saviatiano makes for better Retsina, making it one of the best.

The winery originated in the late nineteenth century and has been restored and renovated adapting the latest and most innovative technologies, blending perfectly tradition and dynamism. It has a production facility with temperature control stainless steel tanks, a storage Warehouse and an aging cellar with more than 200 barrels of American and French oak where our best wines rest over the necessary time.
CURRENT WINE & BEER OFFERINGS
A dry, white wine, bright gold and clear in color, delicate bouquet, aroma of citrus. Medium acidity, long and pleasant aftertaste. A fine accompaniment to Mediterranean dishes, seafood, fish, white meat.
Fermentation in stainless-steel tanks, under controlled temperature 16-18C.
Warm rosé color, the fine aroma of flower blossom, red fruit and pepper. A fine accompaniment to fish, white meat dishes and salad.
Classical rose vinification, fermentation in stainless-steel vats at 18 degrees C
Purple in color, balanced and round with aroma of vanilla and red fruit. To accompany meat and all yellow cheeses.
Typical red vinification techniques, aging in oak barrels for 6 months and 6 months in the bottle.
Tempranillo variety grown in the Pago estate, after long rackings in American oak casks, surprises with hints of red mature fruits and certain floral aromas.
Traditional elaboration with long cold macerations, alcoholic and malolactic fermentation at a controlled temperature followed by 3 months aging in French and American oak casks.
QUINTOS DE LA TEJERAS
A Rosé with violet tones and raspberry hints where vividness and freshness is obvious. Original aromas of fresh juice arising from the partial fermentation of the variety itself. Fruit flavors of cassis and blackcurrant.
Produced through a natural fermentation process of Syrah grapes, stopping at its maximum development of aromas and flavors through a cold treatment process
A Greek Ouzo, Dry anise-flavoured aperitif. Transparent, pure and clean in color. Full body and pure in its texture. Soft and silky white in aroma. Soft, pleasant and a delicate sweetness in its flavor.
A premium Greek dark lager Medium high fluffy lasting light brown head. Dark red brown body. Sweet coffee aroma with notes of dark berries. A high carbonation and a long sweet finish.
FIX HELLAS DARK LAGER BEER
A contemporary Greek lager with rich foam, shiny blonde color and pleasant refreshing taste. Moreover, hoppy notes are combined with a mild sweetness and a long-lasting aftertaste.
